They do mention that the flyover has two way. One for enter to USJ and another one for exit from USJ1.
But so far I didn't see any construction going on and Empire Remix still not yet done. Not sure it is real or developer sweet talk.

Damen mall looking very nice and the shoplots still alot haven't one yet. Much more to come! Combined mall plus shoplots around 600-700k NLA?  That's like double Empire Subang size.

Most of the fashion/non fnb tenants i've seen here are very weak/unknown/low end boutiques. One can scream unique names but its jus a bunch of lowcost fitout in lots tht would otherwise have been empty.

Whats Wasabi, Mu design, Little Mall & Catchy concept store?? Got fashion shop name wasabi???

Indeed i sapot local sme tenants BUT mus have d main strong brands on The prime lots to bring in footfalls.. The small brands we see r just pop up stores n will tutup kedai when the time comes..

Good luck boss! Yea hope things turn out well for both the Mall and Shoplots. I think economy no good now, might be slow abit. But in long term should be ok. Location and public transport infrastructure at this project very good. That won't change.

I am not optimistic of the bridge to Damen. You know why? Because they will want to build bridge to Sime Darby's land. Don't you feel funny why they put the station in front of Sime Darby's land and not summit?

You know I know lar that Sime Darby cable very strong. Most likely there will be a link bridge to Sime Darby's Union Square Project. Sime going to charge sky high kao kao price for their Union Square guaranteed.

If you look at the attached picture. Sime's project link directly to the LRT/BRT. No space for overhead to Damen liaw.

Anyway Sime building corporate office tower here along with retail and residential. More Ong for USJ.

I think most likely scenario is bridge to Sime Darby Union Square, then another Bridge from Union Square to Damen. That is the most likely option assuming Sime allows it. They may decide to do it in order to combine Sime retail space with Damen. Sounds like a good idea, let's hope it ends up that way.

Traffic has been present at USJ since 2000's. The LRT & BRT is supposedly there to ease traffic tension but I guarantee you it will not

Another problem is hot weather. But singapore also can do it 

So the third problem is high crime rate. Do you dare to walk to LRT station?  even with those underground tunnel, covered path and elevated walkway do you really dare to walk?
