Yeah, internally Summit I think now much better than last time, I hope both Summit & DM can complement each other - those going for movies will go to Summit, after that they can walk to DM for F&B thumbup.gif

It would be good if a shelter is provided for ppl to walk to DM from Summit to encourage ppl to patronize both malls.

Bro, times are not good ma, so if DM's fashion tenants are filled with Coach, Gucci, LV, Armani & other premium luxurious brands oni sure cannot survive lo, so it's good oso to have a mixture of local fashion stores opened by the local entrepreneurs also! biggrin.gif U can see even Pyramid a high end mall oso got these local fashion brands leh.

Yeah, it will be good to have strong local brands like Bonia or Padini to open in DM as their items are more affordable. Dont underestimate the small brands bro as some of them are doing quite well and are up & coming! thumbup.gif

The mixture of tenants like the ones in Main Place will be good for DM I think.

I hope they can build an overhead bridge so that ppl can reach the BRT & LRT stations easily or at least build a shelter at the traffic lights right up to the LRT station so that ppl from & to DM will not be wet during rain when they cross the road & walk to the station.

Having BRT & LRT stations nearby is good but more needs to be done for the convenience of the customers.

If you look at the attached picture. Sime's project link directly to the LRT/BRT. No space for overhead to Damen liaw.

Anyway Sime building corporate office tower here along with retail and residential. More Ong for USJ.

Why no space to build bridge from DM to LRT/BRT station if there is a link bridge from Union Square to the station bro? hmm.gif Both are separate things ma,

What I heard is that this Union Square still long way to go before SDP will launch it, most probably in 2017.

If no bridge to LRT/BRT station then at least build a shelter lor for ppl to walk from DM to the station. Pavi REIT loaded ma so should be no problem.

Summit, DM & US should work together to build link bridges linking their malls to each other & link to LRT/BRT stations for the convenience of the customers.
