Yes bro. They have another outlet in Empire Subang. Not sure whether those three will relocate to Damen from Summit.

Btw is there big enough space to accommodate a cinema in Damen?

Empire and Pyramid Morganfield always full. Have to queue. Business is good, why not expand.

Whichever tenants, just wish they r helping to make damen into a gd mall. We landlords need gd tenants.

Howeva I won't promo damen like how some gurus being bias on the projects they r selling.

There are many issues happening currently.. but all I can say is that the mall looks "OK" from the outside, but there are many problems happening within mall itself..

The quality of tenants is quite OK, but the facilities management is such a big letdown. Can you believe that their escalators already spoiled for almost 7 months?  Many tenants are crying badly months ago till now because of BAD biz~

Well.. they already pissed off customers and tenants few months ago..  Try to observe the crowd coming to the mall month by month 

at least damen have uniqlo as one of its fashion tenants.. Looking forward to how pasarbella n jayagrocer complement each other~

hmm.. it's up to you whether u wanna go onot.. haha. but for me, i wont go there as well (same as you) since i already sick of escalator issues which makes me "no mood" to shop in their mall or even to walk around.

Pyramid is much better than other sunwai malls mainly because they focus all their main resources to this mall & neglecting other malls? 

I visited pyramid several times & i didnt encounter any bad issues so far each time i visited the mall (correct me if i'm wrong) 

VERY QUIET on weekdays.. as u can in the pic (taken by my fren).. some folks already named this mall as "ghost mall"

very less people on weekends/holidays too..even though there is some performance on-going..(taken from fb page)
