To those who think this mall cn rival empire subang, i truly doubt so.. this isnt anywhere near esg standard..

Da Men is a bit too small. Nowadays you need to be mega mall to succeed like IOI City Mall etc.

yeap.. lunch time ONLY. Other than this time, it's EMPTY. This mall's "magnet" is quite weak i could say as the mall hardly pull in any banglas or indons too..cant even see any ppl from kenny hills.. only people from surrounding area come there to enjoy free air-con during weekends/holidays..

Indons/banglas are scared to look at boniaz, swarovskii, nerl yardd, red lobsterz coz it's too "UPSCALE" for them.. they prefer to shop @ chow kit market 

I usually go to putra using LRT but hardly see any people drop by this station (pwtc), only 3-4 people including me..

No crowd cinema is the best place to get tickets and also u can sort of enjoy the movies at the hall like a big boss. I had an experience of watching ghost movie with my mum whereby the whole hall is ONLY 2 of us in the hall~ Syiok!! 

We are pretty sure that there are only 2 real humans in the hall which is me & my mom.. haah

cheh.. i thought u said SP=Sunwai Pyramid.. Subang Parade used to be one of malls that i visited the most during my childhood time.

TGV pyramid's crowd is almost the same as GSC Mid Valley.. so i dont go there as well to watch movie. If wanna go to shopping at pyramid, i will have to arrive b4 12pm in order to get a parking spot.

Do you think by the time the fly over promise by Empire Remix is constructed will increase the value of USJ 1 property like USJ one Avenue and The Regina?

Now got multiple entrance to USJ 1 but only 1 exit to kesas. With empire remix flyover, there will be 2 exits which should ease the jam.

Jaya and Starbucks expected lar, they are in every decent mall. Looks like I don't have to go to empire thay much anymore.
