Retracting the DIBS will only effect speculators not genuine buyers. In fact real buyers prefer not to have DIBS since it inflate the cost of the property.

What you though developer give discount out of their own pocket/ profit??? really  rclxub.gif

I find that hard to believe, went there last week and there were probably 1++ units left (less then 40% of the 240 units had green stickers) How come suddenly 1 week all sold?
*
Future money value is cheaper than current one. why not?

DIBS is good.

even without DIBS, developer won't sell you at cheap price.

Without DIBS many ikan bilis speculators will not get to play then more chansi for genunie investor/ own stay to buy.

DIBS is bad, speculator goes in and book enbloc (many units) with just RM5k or RM10k per pop then wait till VPed cabut b/4 installment start.

Theorectically, it will. But we don't know external factors such as will market crash in 2013, etc.

Edit, wrong numbers.

Somemore nearby is a new project going on~
MRT also will be somewhere at USJ5~

I think this 2 points can increase the value of casa subang in d future~
But the problem is how bad is the maintenance over there? Need a resident who used to stay there share with~~
