Just called up one SA telling me that less than 15 units left for block B. Was told still giving discounts on 2 rooms only. Still BBB all the way .....

Never realized so many people going there. Everytime pass by day, and take a peek at their sales office, no one but those employee.

I think a lot of ppl hav done the purchase internally. Y so many ppl got connection . Can anyone intro a few ppl to ease me buying dream home???

still got many new properties yet to be launched ... no need to rush

At this stage I don think internal job is necessary as ppl can walk in and purchase as well.

Heard tat bank negara is gonna stop DIBS. How??? Life is difficult w/o DIBS. Furthermore, oso heard tat banks r not giving out gd rate soon. Make it even harder to buy houses.

Probably to control the speculators...

Hopefully certain property prices will be lower without such scheme otherwise developer can makan sendiri

I believed that DIBS is already charged and incurred in the purchase price. I might be wrong, but nowadays, alot of special scheme offer here and there. I would still prefer to go with those standard sales, but of course good price that comes with the location.

BNM control those speculator...real buyer will dry too....

Retracting the DIBS will only effect speculators not genuine buyers. In fact real buyers prefer not to have DIBS since it inflate the cost of the property.

What you though developer give discount out of their own pocket/ profit??? really

They are just creating an impression that their units are selling fast. So that those non committal ones will quickly book and pay up.
Just some marketing trick that have been use for so long

Ya. Place sticker on units so that it looks like its sold out (but actually nobody buy) creating an impression that lots of people are buying. Like always, most M'sians have herd mentality and when they see so many people buying they also buy. After a while the SA will remove the stickers informing u the previous buyer has loan issues.

They may even raise the price of those "release units" depending on the situation.

Checked out sales opis recently, this place blardi jam and the pricing, phew.....RM650psf to RM700psf....can make it ah?

Block A circa RM550psf still doable I feel with the mall and LRT factor. Block B definately carries higher risk based on the pricing you mentioned. For own stay and love to live in heavily traffic area can give it a try

How cum this developer everything so cina one ah? The name sounds like a Chinese herb leh....
