Just called up one SA telling me that less than 15 units left for block B. Was told still giving discounts on 2 rooms only. Still BBB all the way .....

Never realized so many people going there. Everytime pass by day, and take a peek at their sales office, no one but those employee.

Heard tat bank negara is gonna stop DIBS. How??? Life is difficult w/o DIBS. Furthermore, oso heard tat banks r not giving out gd rate soon. Make it even harder to buy houses.

I believed that DIBS is already charged and incurred in the purchase price. I might be wrong, but nowadays, alot of special scheme offer here and there. I would still prefer to go with those standard sales, but of course good price that comes with the location.

They are just creating an impression that their units are selling fast. So that those non committal ones will quickly book and pay up.

Ya. Place sticker on units so that it looks like its sold out (but actually nobody buy) creating an impression that lots of people are buying. Like always, most M'sians have herd mentality and when they see so many people buying they also buy. After a while the SA will remove the stickers informing u the previous buyer has loan issues.

Checked out sales opis recently, this place blardi jam and the pricing, phew.....RM650psf to RM700psf....can make it ah?
