Damen shoplots only about 1/2 open. And then there are the 171 shoplots on either side of Damen plus 480 service apartments yet to vp; so Damen shopping still in baby stage.

No idea. I think most malls launch when most of the shop lots can start biz on the day the mall launch. Damen seems to be the exception - it launched with only about 1/2 shop lots ready for biz.

Many youngsters do not rate saving money highly and highly conscious of how others around those think of them; that's why most of the crowds for the Nam Heong RM2 meals in Damen recently are the older generation who really value their hard-earned money and they do not mind Qing for an hr or 2 for this Nam Heong offer - U can hardly see any students in the crowd.
