The Canteen got promotion this week (till Sun) - Ipoh Hor Fun at RM5.50 (usual is RM7.50).
How come Morganfield, which I heard owned by same boss as The Canteen still not open ?

They won't do that cos of potential loss of parking income....what if the crowds start to patronize...and these crowds gladly pay the parking cos they find Damen an attractive place to patronize ?

Pavilion should buy over Summit and integrate Summit and Damen into 1 mid size mall to make it more attractive to people to come.

Seems to me only F&B outlets doing ok (Lim Ko Pi and Nam Heong doing well, not just ok); the rest esp. beauty/cosmetic outlets hardly any biz.
