Guys recently i've been receiving service messages that if i accidentally press OK it just like i subscribed on something but the message just dissappear so i don't know what i just clicked. Am i being charged over these? Is there anyway to block these messages?
Same thing just happened to my wife. She is using a Digi Prepaid & lately we noticed that the credit is running out even when we don't use the phone. Upon checking with Digi, they informed us that we subscribed for a service since 30th of July from a company called Union Vector Alliance Sdn. Bhd. which is a shell company that seems to specialize is scamming. This is the link to a description of that company.

I've already called DIGI & they told me that they can't do anything about this & asked me to call the scammer at the company's call center. (ya rite, give the scammer confirmation that my phone number is active so they can send me more scam sms).
Is there anyone here who knows the people at DIGI who can actually do something about this on their customer's behalf instead of asking the customer to complaint to MCMC instead?
Apart from complaining to MCMC, is there any other body that we can complain to?
From my viewpoint, DIGI doesn't seem to be interested in stopping this type of scams on their customer as they get to earn money. & from the scammer, as long as the customer is not aware of the charge, they get free RM2~3 a day per customer for doing nothing. The only one who loses is the customer.
