I'm smelling something fishy here.. There are something wrong with all Amara panel banks...
My loan capability is quite high... however, all of them try to give lower margin of loan to me.. seem like insisted all of us to take non DIBS.. what the h$%# with DIBS if your loan margin lower because the large progressive payment (which we start pay 5 months before prop complete)=DIBS.. They should let client to choose DiBS or non DIBS.. be transparent... Can we list who took DIBS and non DIBS..
