The cost involve now:1. Sales & Purchase Agreement
Borne by Developer (Jaya Megah)
except disbursement fees (Like printing cost, transportation, fax, tel)- soo stingy solicitor: RM 5++
2. Loan Legal Fees+stamping+gov service tax
Borne by buyer: around RM 5k
The cost involve later (1 year after VP maybe..)1. MOT
Borne by buyer (pay to same solicitor as S & P):
Stamp Duty
1st RM100,000:1%
Next RM400,000:2%
Example (for RM250k loan): RM 1k + RM 3k: RM4k
Disbursement fee: around 1k
2. Loan Legal on MOT
Borne by buyer (pay to same solicitor as loan legal agreement): less than RM 1k
above is budget only.. around that cost..
