(my mind was: what???? i-PAD is more important than the HOUSE!!! no way!!hahhaaaa)
Next, my last Q to her " what if I cancel my purchase? She turned to me with unfriendly face....."RMXXXXX fee loh! and 1.8% extra
charge for Cr.Card refund!!
6. Same day...my agent called " Hey! ur house due date is not 16th anymore! after I checked is 15th!! (means TODAY??????)
walauuuuu........................my heart beating almost stop....
Anyway, the property is nice just I don't prefer to deal with this agent anymore. Seriously....my heart is weak

one more to share, my friend called the sales gallery and asked the same Q. ended....the agent said" if u not satisfied then cancel la!"
bc they can sell higher value for the next buyers???haiz......

u should complain to developer & KIM management..
I have to admit that they dont do job well enough... plentyy of room for improvement. as SA their task are to explain and make sure all the buyer know each step of the process. yawn.gif

in my case... TnC give quotation to my banker... and my banker manage to put this fee in loan together with MRTA... banker shows to me the quotation from lawyer (rm5k++).. lawyer never show me... mad.gif

p/s : if it financed in loan... they will only claim fees as agreed with customer.. unless they already claimed the fees from the bank...

should I just sign? or wait for discussion group between us and lawyer ?

how much "discount" can we get anyway ?

the legal fees include Photostat fees that we give earlier(rm500) ?

sign LA yesterday with TnC... cant get discount, i did ask for discount but not try to argue about it bcoz no point argue with lawyer...

anyway i did ask about what happen if developer not finish on time...

he said each day late = (house price x 10%)/365days

so for house price =rm285k
per month developer should pay around = RM2350.
I dont mind if they unable to finish the project on time ;pp
