Err..I am no lawyer but according to some legal act, it is illegal to sell copyright products online without a proper license regardless how cheap or expensive you are selling. I know because I was trying to sell something through my online portal. You want to sell - you must pay tax, period! I am not very sure about second-hand products though, thus, I am selling used DVDs and BDs through my portal at a fraction of a cost of the new DVD...

Well, on another matter, has anybody experience earlier delivery through i-parcel? I am beginning to have a strong dislike towards this i-parcel. It seems that the likelihood for them to deliver earlier is almost zero! How long do you guys wait after the estimated delivery date reached before you contact Amazon. Based on the tracking, it has already left US since 15 April and still not arriving!! What the #$%^?

Nope..it does not matter if those BD are pirated or real.

Assuming he is selling original version, BDs, DVDs and CDs are copyright material and you need to obtain some form of license to sell those materials to the public - especially if you are making money out of it...more so, you need to register with the authority and pay tax.

But on another hand..this is Malaysia...too many grey areas...cannot even tell.

Some title is even more than 100% profit margin! Crazy!!!

Take a look at The BBC High Definition Natural History Collection, selling price at CWF is RM 899.00, where by purchasing via Amazon with Priority International Courier only cost RM 347.40. We can get 2 set of it and still extra RM 204.20. Truly Madness!

Even count by it actual retail price of USD $179.98 + shipping USD $33.98 = USD $213.96 which is still only RM 635.46.

CWF is Madness! Madness! Madness! .......... hopefully no more buyer trap on it.

I think that guy forgot to mention that all his BDs are gold plated and the box casing comes with life-time warranty on water, theft and fire. Or maybe we should look at the hidden print - buy BDs free BD player or something like that!!
