Just spoke to a friend who bought Mortal Kombat 1 & 2 , seems the picture quality and audio is ok but MK 2 seems crap film. MK 1 reportedly seems nicer. Anyone has it or watched it yet?

Received my canadian steels but one broken & the other dented. Already contacted them and exchanged several e mails. Damn those canadians Refused to replace them by saying their system only allows refund but not replacement of an order

And requested me to re order both and they will upgrade me to expedited shipping FOC. WTF

Not to mentioned that many pre-ordered that have yet to shipped...die-loh, I think I have to "ikat-perut" next month.

Be alert when purchasing via B&N. The customer service given wrong information and then can simply shooting is us that actually give the wrong information.

The statement from B&N Customer Service ""We apologized that you were previously provided incorrect information regarding the shipping of your item. The item has been shipped as International Priority Airmail."

In fact I did not give wrong information but is B&N never check and give me wrong information on previous email.

Now I am doubt whether B&N actually ship via Priority Airmail or not!

** This is my 1st and last time purchasing anythings from B&N. B&N is in my blacklist now. I Google around and notice it actually having bad services.

I blacklist B&N not because of it slow delivery, is because of the bad customer respond, and I am doubt on it shipment now, it can't be wrong information given unless they are just simply choose standard Airmail but charging you on Priority Airmail. This is inappropriate on businesses.

Look like UK(RM345) is more expensive than US one (RM270) and released later as well. I will try amazon.
