Computer can be claimed 3 yrs once.

So if I had claimed on 2008, I can claim again on 2011 or 2012?

From calculation should be 2011.

2008: Claimed
2009: Cannot claim
2010: Cannot claim
2011: Eligible to claim

Correct me if I'm wrong.

Just get my refund check from IRB today. rclxms.gif
Quite disappointed they are not able to deposit directly into my bank account. tongue.gif

when did u file in?

yalor, in the form, they state the bank account is for them to bank in the cheque; end up, sending the cheque blink.gif

1) What is "Diluluskan oleh Menteri Sebagai Pekerja Berpengetahuan "? YES or NO?
2) What kind of dividen can claim? Interim? Witholding tax?

The bank account entered is not use at the moment... cheque is the only refund method known so far.
Was your number BE 000001 ?

2) Interim div i saw the cheque got stated Section 44 of Finance Act 2007 (Act 683). Those witholding tax are from REIT, i guess REIT dividen can't claim back right?

If in EA Form:

Gaji Kasar = 50k
Fi, komisen = 10k
Tip kasar atau elaun-elaun lain = 5k

So jumlah = 65k?

Is the tip kasar and elaun-elaun lain counted towards JUMLAH?
