thanks the HP laptop only have the word Pavillion on it, how we can know we have the right model beside looking at the spec and the box?

Remove your battery, then you'll see a black label stated your laptop HP pavilion g4-XXXX model... or go to HP Support Assistant which is preloaded in your laptop |
