BTW, I could not find any S/N sticker embedded on the laptop. is it normal or should I ask the shop to get 1. the warranty registration form has been given

ok thanks, my box does not contains windows CD or recovery CD and CD driver? asked the shop they said HP only allow recover by pressing certain functions key. is it true?

thanks the HP laptop only have the word Pavillion on it, how we can know we have the right model beside looking at the spec and the box?
