A TMNet technician said that he'd upgrade mine to 4Mbps yesterday & I can enjoy the speed by today. I've tried speedtest.net & result as below:-

My Aztech DSL605EW shows that I've down/upstream as below:-
[attachmentid=2775086]
[attachmentid=2775087]
May I know why can't I achieve the ~4Mbps speed?
Thanks in advance!
ur port is ready for 4mbps,
and you are still speed capped by account level,
try reconnect or restart your modem, your speed should be 4mbps
if TM changed ur account package at their side, it will not take effect until you disconnected and reconnect
if still same 1mbps, call the technician who helped u do the upgrade.
