Price aside, buy a car that you are comfortable with because you might drive it for the next few years. If you are interested in suv/crossover, i suggest you go test drive all these segment car. :)

If you end up taking the Tucson, please contact 0192600061 from Rawang, can't remember the name. 1 month ago, i was offer RM9300 (no freebie) discount for Sonata 2.0 full spec without trade in. You may try your luck, maybe can get higher discount for Tucson. tongue.gif

1) How's the engine sound in the morning? For me, it sounded loud for a while, then gradually reduced to a minimal sound. Am not sure is the aircon or something else.

2) After washing the car, if water goes into the brake rotor or pad, it tends to produce a knock when you try to reverse the vehicle. Then it's okay. Happened to my kenari before this as well. Normal?

Just wonder whether it will void the car warranty if I upgrade to HID?

So far any complaints with CKD ASX? Any quality issues? The 5 years warranty is 5 years manufacturer warranty or 2+3 years insurance warranty?

I will go for Asx over civic 1.8 too. Civic you get tin kosong car and 1.8 engine only. Asx you get a 2.0 engine, leather seats, navigation, rear view camera, auto rain and light sensors and higher seating height. Any day, it feels more premium than a tin kosong civic. Also crossover "status" is equivalent to a d segment while a compact sedan is a compact sedan.

D segment/crossover/suv= managerial
Civic/compact sedans= senior exec
City/vios/b segment= junior exec

Civic 1.8 I believe got better RV and VSA features, but lack of leather seat and reverse camera.

ASX 2WD lack of VSA,and RV not as good as Civic as well as maintenance a bit on higher side. Also rear space and rear sitting position which is not so comfort for long distance driving?

The RV solely based on previous ASX cbu unit...and civic 1.8 as well.
