Some applications can't be moved to SD.

Android 2.2 ( froyo ) allows applications to be moved from internal mem to sd card but however some applications cannot be moved by default.

By rooting and using Move2SD Enabler app, the phone gains access to special rights that allows the movement of the app to SD card. ( something like that. )

hye, i got question about Move2Sd enabler, is that force kind of move 2 sd, will it become crash to some apps which not support install in sd? because last time i use i5500, for examples, widgets not shown after reboot, and facebook account need to fresh login everytime we reboot.

There is such problem as when you install an app with widget and move it to SD, the widget will disappear. Not a big problem though IMO.

As for the facebook account thing, I not so sure about it

yeah i have tried, facebook/twitter it will ask login again and then need sync back after reboot maybe because it cannot find data cache which is in internal smthg like that.. nvm i just move back facebook/twitter to internal. Other apps without widget to use, i move to sd.. and i need to refresh my launcher because it will become double icon for each app in sd in the application grid.

there are few apps that'll not work if u move to sd.
e.g:widget,alarm

Anyone know how to save contact photos so that every time when received call, the photos of the person who call will automatic appear? What is the setting to do it?

My case has been SOD 4~5 times after 1 month use. But now no more SOD...you know why?

The secret is what I notice it is the WIFI driver problem, you need to type at your keypad

in order to reinstall the driver. Gd luck...

If your phone is unrooted and you did not upgrade anything on your own, you're good to go !

Actually I just flashed to Gingerbread 2.3.3, isnt it included with new wifi driver ? Like I said, I dont even have the chance to turn it off, it died when i reached home.

hi, thanks for ur reply. I switch move2sd enabler to 'external' b4 i download n install my apps. n when i check in manage applications, they are all installed in sd adi. buy they jz consume my internal memory.
does any1 who rooted n using move2sd enabler who has same condition like me?

Oh... that's still normal. I remember reading it on somewhere that says some of the apps data is still left in the internal memory. I can't explain why.. perhaps you could google the reason up ?

How about if I had updated my firmware using kies? Is it will void my warranty?
Other than my IMEI phone no, is there anything else should I take note?

It's fine if you use kies to update.
