That's why i asked those who wanna evaluate T1 ship prices, base it on the mineral requirements. Can't go wrong that way smile.gif If cost for Tier2 BC is much more than the cost of Tier2 BS...so be it. We can't expect the prices to be lower just because they're Tier2 BC and not BS *grins*

Haha, firstly, I seriously doubt CCP would make the requirements of minerals for the production of a BC tier 2 to be higher than tier 2 BS.

Secondly, why would anyone of sane mind pay more for something less powerful when you have a cheaper alternative which is a lot better than the costlier counterpart? Which of course, this statement cannot be used for Tech II ships. Since all their price are out of wack anyway. tongue.gif

Looks like Salvaging skill is a must. Must train Survey to level 5...

Based on me with no Industrial skills, unresearched BPO, and last week's minerals' price; Rokh cost about 197Mil and Drake is 47Mil.
So need to wait until the new ships hype is over.

The new wreckage system has issues... Can't tell whether the wreck has been looted or not.

There have been posts (below) regarding the awful wreck looting issue. I gave up after TBing half of Lvl4 Pirate Invasion room. 40% of the wrecks yielded loot, which was, as usual, pretty crummy. The rest was just a total waste of time.

QUOTE(Oveur @ 2006.11.29 13:24:00)
We'll make it more visible if it has been looted but we're not removing the wrecks if it's been looted. We have some other improvements lined up for wrecks too.

And then outlined in more detail:

QUOTE(Oveur @ 2006.11.29 16:22:00)
Just to elaborate on the changes we're looking at:

- Their icon changes (a triangle is filled when it's unlooted)
- Wrecks bump away when you fly past them (they are already tractorable)
- Decrease the pre-req which is a tad high atm (This will be in the Tuesday patch)
- No criminal flag for salvaging (looting still flags you)

Still gotta wait til Tuesday 04/12. Now, the thing is, wrecks aren't totally 100% salvagable. There's still a percentage thing to this. You can end up salvaging repeated cycles with no result. Which would mean even more time sucked up in post-mission vacuuming.

On another note, the damn contracts page.

QUOTE(Oveur @ 2006.11.29 16:17:00)
We'll be increasing the results pr. page to 50 (hopefully 100 if it doesn't create too much load). You will also be able to sort each result page. Down the line you'll have search based on categories instead of just selecting an item.

Keep the feedback coming.

I think the escrow system was by far much more organised. It was certainly easier to scroll through, especially by price. Only drawback was the scams. Hopefully it'll be easier to run through the contracts now.

yeah. Escrow was much better.

The only upside of contracts the way i see it, Corp officers and above can start giving missions to the lower levels of Corp. Promotes corp activity

Yeah what happened to the zoom out ... now we get a funky super laggy pretty star field view. Lots of pointy dots. I almost thought my LCD monitor had kicked the bucket.

Can I have your stuff?

Really now. Revelations is a WIP. To expect it to work perfectly from the get-go is like expecting... Ok, I was gonna say something about Dan, but he *is* my corpie and all, so I won't, but you know where I'm going with this lah.

Ultimately, they will sort out the most pressing issues, and it's up to us to live with the end result and work our way around it to make some isk and have some fun.

Yup?
