Yes but are you aiming for that too? From your post, you seem like to be more interested with the Huawei tablet.

I got my hsbc credit card last week but then i didnt receive any unique code. Called the cs and then they said i'm not entitled to it as the promo end at 12 dec. Is this true?   

Yes, I applied the credit card via Ringgit Plus. And by right HSBC should send me the unique code (SMS or email) for me to send over to ringgit plus to claim the tablet, however, the HSBC staff told me the date my application approved is pass the due date. I still saw the promo now!

HSBC cash back promo is a hoax!!! Remember the promotion in Q3 this year, whereby every RM50 spent will entitle a cash back based on the last digit approval code? Until now i only get once and still did not get most of the cash back.

I called HSBC and they told me its first come first serve based on the start of the day and if i did not get the sms to answer their question means my transaction is too late for the day? I can understand for transactions made in the late morning or afternoon may be too late... How about online payment to telco company made on 1215am in the morning? I specifically asked the telebanker earlier on the transaction i made and the cut off time what do they mean start of the day is. Don't tell me there are thousands of customers made such transactions in the wee hours of midnight for consecutive days!

I asked for the list of winners from HSBC and their transaction time to prove that the customers made the transaction earlier than me and they cannot produce that... Where is the transparency? This shows that the bank do not honor what they stated in the TnC!!!
