the home screen not much laggy. i can say it just decent.
the menu screen is REALLY fluid, the gaming experience was smooth.

i used galaxy sl before so i can feel the different between switching the apps.

u can check this phone benchmark on google which got a terrific score esp in gaming and surfing.

I don't think they provide warranty for HDMI cable but you can ask for help from them, maybe you can get a one-on-one exchange biggrin.gif

The homescreen does go lag a bit when you try to pinch to zoom to get and overview of all your homescreens.
That's the part where i don't like it. A bit jerky when you zoom out from the homescreen. (I guess it's the Korean software issue.)
But I've fixed that via 3rd party launcher, Go Launcher EX, smooth and fast.
Got it rooted and froze the laggy LG default homescreen as well as other irrelevant stock apps.

I've been using my O2X for over a month plus. Fast, smooth, and really satisfied with the web browsing experience. Default browser is enough.
Gaming? No doubt it's the best that i have seen right now besides Xperia Play (Proud of its Tegra2 feature, get those tegra2 supported games, a must have!
Even Galaxy S2 can't support some of the tegra2 games, imo nvidia's very cunning~).
My LG's now full with HD and tegra2 optimised games. Ahahaha...

I've been waiting for the Gingerbread update.. That's the main reason why i'm still staying with rooted-only-stock ROM.
Last time heard rumour saying end of May update will be out, purchased it, then now saying between June and July pula~ Oh shit!
I've sent enquiries regarding the official date of Gingerbread update to LG. I want Gingerbread~!

I asked regarding the updates. Got this as their reply.
Quoted from LG Malaysia: "The Gingerbread update tentatively target to launch in Quarter 3 of 2011. We will keep you posted."

Oh gosh. Q3 means July, August or September? Oh d*mn~! I think we'll have to wait for at least 2 to 3 more months..... shocking.gif

Guys, i notice that when my phone temperature is getting above than 36 Celsius according the battery booster shown, my phone will easy freeze and auto turn off, need unplug battery just can solve it. Btw, i experience this thing since CM7 until now back to Stock ROM ady still exist. Anyone know how to solve it? It very annoying. Btw, i do some experiment inside aircon room in front fan, kept play for more than 1 hour+ never fail but i play inside room without aircon..when it reach 36 celsius above, it might boom soon within 5 minute.

it might not cause by lg delaying, but maybe nvidia tegra2 not yet rdy with the kernel, possibility that causing lg also have to delay their delivering of GB. according to some in xda or modaco forum

Today also experience the auto off. Actually I think is's not auto off, It just went into deep sleep and don't wake up. I was on call, wend into lift, signal loss. Phone show blank screen, press and hold the power button, screen shown but did not response to any input. Press power button again, screen goes off and need to pull battery in order to wake up the phone.

Anyone having problems with taking screenshots? I know stock rom has a built in screenshot feature. I'm using CM7 nightly and every screenshot I take with 3 different screenshot Apps didn't work and just showed a black screenshot. Any reasons why this happens?
*
CM7 can only take screenshot by your own camera or using ADB

Yea.. I've owned for a month plus. Froze and rebooted (Via removing battery) once last time, around a week after the day of purchase.
But then after i've upgraded from v10a to v10b, until now, never auto shut off nor freeze or reboot.
Yea, intensive gaming or other heavy usage (wifi, gps, 3G, camera) heats up my phone. But never until hangs nor shuts off..

I have somehow concluded that the auto-off / freeze is hardware related.

I bought an ori O2x, the problem described happened.

I exchanged it for a new one, no problem at all till to day.. Used for 3 weeks + ? not a single autoshutdown / freeze.

I exchanged it with my seller smile.gif he gave me 1 to 1 exchange... Exchanging with LG i dont know.

BUT, one thing for sure (According to my seller), they will not entertain warranty card only. You need the receipt as well.
