any home screen can set category like lg home screen, but able to customize up and down for the category? go launcher unable cr8 category only folder avalible, same as launcher pro... i wan mk category games multimedie seperately

if you check the battery usage for "Partial Wake Usage", dialer will be the top one. MCR FR17 does suck up battery.

What I did to prolong my battery is to switch to 2G when I am not surfing. You can use SwitchPro Widget.

Anybody notice the signal is weaker after flashing in the MCR fr17 ROM ? Any baseband to recommend that would fix this ? (if possible provide link as well)

yeh if same ROM with diff version will need no wipe..i tried leave unwipe last time on hero.. end up looping at bootloader..

Have another question. Now I'm on MCR fr17.. If I want to flash in lets say CM7,

1) Do I need to flash back the Stock ROM then only proceed to flash in CM7?
2) What about basebands / kernels etc?

guys, issue here. my O2x cant boot after i install MCR 17. now when on. stuck at LG image. not even loading to boot. i've tried
1.power button+vol up
2.power button+vol down
3.power button+vol up +down.

no changes. what do i need to do? hooked to PC, no usb detected. please sifus

just want to know when your use nvflash which version of stock rom your flash? This one?

Actually any version of stock ROM is ok to flash, just getting different languages and different bloatwares
All are GSM so are compatible

Hello again people, i've got some questions again..

When you guys reboot the phone, does the lg logo appear laggy..? Somehow today mine just seemed to freeze on the lg sign for like 10 sec before blinking right to the unlock sim card screen..-.- no animation of anything.

Before I rebooted my phone, the wifi showed error beneath it when I try to turn it on. Then the music player says it can't recognise the files and won't play a thing.

Scrolling becomes laggy as well..-.- whattt the heck is wrong with the phone T,T

It all went away after the reboot, but just rather bothered with the wifi and music player problem. Advice please?

weird, i installed launcher pro, and launcher go, but then launcher pro d screen, widget run away from it place, like calendar widget, half appear on d home screeen half missing at another page.... while launcher go suddenly got one new folder, cant del even though i keep press del. it appear there and then my icon become less and less but not the folder missing.

sounds weird.. send to warranty?

Use LG PC Suite to download I think, don't know yet.

What issue you have ?

Try wiping cache and dalvik cache, if the problem still occur please update here

Using new home launcher you need to rearrange and reassign icons and shortcuts, they won't migrate.

Just now went to a LG shop to test out LG Optimus Black.
Very bright, sleek design, smooth UI (even smoother than 2x stock UI)
Every stock apps run smoother than 2x (very noticeable)
I hate why Optimus Black arrived late in Malaysia (LMAO!)
I'd stay with that Stock ROM until it dies
