I'm one of the unlucky ones that got the LG optimus 2x that has auto-reboot / shut down issues.. sigh.. hopefully the v10d firmware solves it.. downloading the rom and tomorrow need to go back to my house to grab a SD card.

err,anyone has encounter happen same with me?

Sorry i'm extremely extremely new to using custom roms and everything. Would you mind guiding me ? I think the guide at the front page would suffice for rooting. My problem now is how to install a custom rom into my phone? What should I do? I'm downloading 19.5.11_Modacco_FR17_FearEdition10 right now. What should I do after that assuming I have rooted? What are basebands etc? Do I need to install those also before I install the custom rom in? Thank you so much in advanced. |

shit my phone supose arrived ystd but something happened according to seller and only can be sent today and arrived tomoro....
btw, when we flashing custom rom, will our baseband and kkernel etc also will be flashed? or we need flashed separately? |

Is it mandatory to flash kernel and baseband also afterflashing rom? I noticed modacco fr17 needs to flash in the latest baseband?
