I'm currently observing.. Out of 10 owners, how many of them have the auto reboot + shutdown issue? seems to be a problem world wide.

I just said 'KANG' I didn't said other words, haha

To me, it's good.
The hardware is very good, software is full of flaws (but can be fixed by patches or custom roms)
I did face random freezes/reboots but that only occurs in custom roms/cm7 nightlies
I have face no above issues with stock roms.
If you thinking whether to buy this phone, maybe you should see your luck, if you're on just buy it

I know there's patches to increase video bla bla bla, but no zoom as far as I saw last time. Due to time reasons, I have not as free as I was, so anyone kind enough to tell me ?

Mobile phones cant avoid to have defective units as they're produce in a huge amount, i think those problem are appear on certain batches mostly due to hardware problem, for those who are unlucky on their purchase, LG service center are probably the solution they have.

SOD on galaxy ace, auto reboot on IS are perfect example.

How the battery life when browse net or forum with 3G?

3G/HSDPA drains battery extremely fast, consumed about 1% battery per 10~15 minutes, i owned 2 android phones and they ended up pretty much the same, just use wifi if possible.

Love the hardware, as for software SIGH. If you are not into flashing custom rom, IMHO go for HTC IS. The reason I choose LG is because during that time IS bootloader is locked and I want to try something difference after using 3 HTC phone. Another reason are Tegra 2 and HDMI plus the IPS screen.

Why LG website spec is TFT LCD and you guys say is IPS, so which one is true?

hey guys, i seems to have a problem with wifi. when i connect at home, wifi no problem, can suft net and everything, but when i tried connecting else where (starbucks or those places provide free wifi), i am able to connect, connection is strong also but somehow i can's seem to surf net...

did any of u face the same problem?

LG O2X confirm is IPS

I'm using stock ROM but covered it up with SPB 3d, until now it performs perfectly, the response of SPB 3d is twice as fast as my DHD, no need to flash custom rom

and the screen is brilliant! I compared it side by side with my friend's iphone 4, they are almost identical in every way, but the huge difference is the size, it just eats retina for breakfast. I also tried comparing it side by side with Galaxy S AMOLED, although the Galaxy's screen is clearer, but the color of the Optimus 2x is more vibrant

I'm thinking of selling my o2x and getting the sammy gs2. its worth or not? just want some opinion from you all. tks
