You mean if i take off to change the battery nobody would know?

If yes, it would be nice.
For me, the 1800Mah battery is not more but a gimmick, but their quality is acceptable given with their cheap price. I was considering buying a batch of them right now as i have stated earlier. It is my main concern that after i buy, but cannot simply change N8 battery coz scared the warranty void. And you guys know that the N8 without a warranty now is not a good idea.

I have an idiot proof way of monitoring it. State what time your phone is unplugged from charger and record when you need to charge it again. tongue.gif

if your phone has no warranty sticker like mine (avaxx set), then i think you wont void the warranty. smile.gif im so tempted to change to 1800mah batt. any negative 'side effects' to the phone?

When u change the battery ask yourself 1 question

If it can be fitted with 1800mah for that size why didnt they do it in the first place for all models? Or provide upgrade option? But why No? Have you wonder?

Why do they need a 3rd party to provide such service? If Nokia did a 1800mah = more profit for them? Why didnt they do that?

I have been using the Sunglobal batteries in N82, N95 and Nokia 5800. Currently, I am planning to buy a batch of them for my Nokia 5800, N86 and for N8 since it is imminent I am gonna get it. It is in the matter of time.

Like i said before, it is just a gimmick, but given the quality provided and the cheap price. I am ok with it.

Another reminder again is that how long it can survive also depend much on the owner as well.

what brand is the battery? size of the battery also = capacity of the battery

note: china brand can print what ever capacity on the package, same goes to the battery, if u like they can put 3600mAh, still same size as ORI laugh.gif

i stil feel the usage is hard to monitor coz ur usage differs every single day. the oni way is to leave it there whole day without touching it. only then it will be accurate.

Carefully aim and throw out the window. Before that tell me where you live and I'll collect. biggrin.gif

Seriously, did you set up the wifi settings before you went online? Did you specify the correct passkey? Nokia phones has a annoying habit of not telling you that the passkey is wrong unlike M$ Window$. rclxub.gif

Anyway, did you update any of the softwares? If anything go back to Nokia Care Center should solve the problem. Software rectifying should not cost during the warranty period.

Tell me as well. tongue.gif
