cantonese has more slang la. Mandrin also have slangs wht, depending on your area. It's not even proper to use certain word, but still can use.
kupang in northern side, it means cents, not proper, but is used as a slang. same la, what to compare?

If all those chinese dialects grouping not united and forced to use mandarin, There will be independent countries in China that only having, Hokkien (Min), Shanghainese, Cantonese liao wor...if this happened, we probably having few more races in East Asia liao...probably mandarin, Shanghainese minest, cantonese, Tibetan and the exitsting races which which hv their own countries such as Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese & manchurian
