The latest Pioneer HTiB and Samsung HTQ-20 are also thumb drive enable. Samsung HTQ-20 cld play movies via thumb drive too. Best of all, it's affordable. Here's a forummer selling it :

Thanks for clarifying....I was lucky to have decided to return it immediately, the problem was actually intermittent, had some hesitation to return it in the beginning....whew!

Since I got the replacement, I never experience the "no disk" even when playing my burn-in music CDs...

Therefore, just a piece of advise, try to test at once your new gears and return it to the shop if you find anything unusual....

Htkaki, may I request for your expert advise on which of the following speaker cables to choose:

1. straightwire quartet
2. QED silver anniversary
3. tara labs prism omni-2
4. Audioquest (i don't know any model for this)

I think these cables are on the same price range, im not sure though...

I'll be using them with my C352+C542+Kef Cresta 10.

Or maybe you have any other recommendation...

Sld be adequate. Wharfy spkrs isnt really that hard to drive.

Anyone has listenning experience with Cambridge Audio 540R which is a AV Receiver.. If its performance can match closely with integrated amp, i may consider it for future movie upgrade and radio listenning.. again..speaker on use will be diamond 9.5 here

Bro, I doubt CA Receiver cld match 640A since both is almost at the same price category. It has to compromise on stereo quality since it is for surround at a 'bargain' price. Unless u r talking abt mid-range or higher-end AV receiver, then the stereo performance wld be better.
