I'm not planning to take the recommonded serving. 12pills per day is a lilttle crazy. Maybe i'tll take like 3 befire workout or in the morning then another 3 post workout.
Then get your aminos in powder form. No point taking them if you're going to take a tiny amount instead of the proper serving.
i've been on jack3d for almost a month now. no doubt that it works, really gives you a huge pump during your weights session! but just so you know, never had crashes like the others but i've had days where i couldn't fall asleep eventhough i take only 1.5 scoops+- (max recommended serving size = 3 scoops). maybe like thrice throughout the whole month? if i'm not wrong, i worked on my back or legs on those days, body was sore as shit but i was widely awake probably cause of the caffeine in it, was really frustrated since i was still awake at like 4 in the morning (i workout at night around 9). My advice would be to go for it but try to avoid taking it at night! Also, jack3d has a little creatine in it and some beta-alanine which may cause itching.
If I take Jack3d any time after 6 or 7, I can be sure I won't be falling sleep any time before 2 in the morning.
Creatine in meat is very little to be significant enough right? And how long since I start should I cycle off creatine, and for how long?
What he's getting at is that creatine is a natural substance, not a stimulant. Therefore you're not going to develop resistance to creatine as you would for say, caffeine.
Is this supposed to be a replacement for the Gold Standard whey or an additional product? Cause from the label it looks like the percentage of protein per serving has decreased, ie 22g protein in 39g scoop vs 24g protein in 29g scoop in the gold standard. Carb and fat content is higher in this one too
Hi, need some advise. I accidently buy this Universal Pro & Oats . At 1st i thought is just a normal food supplement. But after review it only i find out it for bodybuilding.

It's a good product. I'm using a tub now as my sort of pre-breakfast shake because I can't stomach any solid food first thing in the morning. Takes a couple of hours after waking up before I can down something solid, but shakes go down fine. Keeps me going till my appetite comes around.
Probably..I never take chicken even since my puberty.. Somehow I'm allergy to chicken.. Acne can't stop invading until i decided to give a try to stop taking chicken..
Beef, fish, lamb, pork, eggs, milk, etc. Lots of protein sources.

People tend to overlook the fact that all the pros are on stuff, and as such, they need some extra stuff. Not taking anything away from them, just saying that regular guys shouldn't follow a pro's training/supplementation to the letter, simply because they're pros and a regular person, is a regular person.
Oh shit... stopped for about 3 weeks because of exam and my KL trip, so now I can feel my muscles becoming smaller and I feel a bit lightheaded at the thought of hitting the gym, so regarding my supplements (taking whey and creatine but cycled off them during my 3-week break), should I just take them like I usually do or should I load my creatine, go easy on my whey, something like that, because my friend told me my stomach will become upset if I stop whey for so long then take it again, since I'm taking NT and it has been known to cause stomachaches.
Won't say anything about the nitrotech since I don't use MT's products. But IMO, creatine loading isn't necessary.
