Try to change the Notification sound, but always go back to the default SE Notification even though after reboot.

after i play back.... the sound slow then the video... like

in the video.. i see the guy already shouting.... after 3sec.. then got sound he shout... anyone got this problem ><?

You're lucky then... mine is affected (exactly as the problem in Nexus S)

What folder name & location do you use to store the mp3 files in the card?

i just put in SD,ringtone folder. As for the sms notification i put in SD, music. thats all, nothing special

yeah... i've put the mp3 sam as nixonyang folder... and doesn't have problem on the notification/call ringtone revert to default... i believe I'm the group of the lucky one... but yeah... heard some ppl having the problem....

Dunno if its related, but my microsd sumtimes always stay read only, hav to make it rw again thru root explorer so i can access photo n musix on it..

I guess maybe its card related?

Hi, I've purchased a melkco case in SG, there is a draw back, it will touch the buttons when you close the cover and makes the screen comes on again. Other than that, the case is really nice.

Okay. I tested again... assign different mp3 call ringtone and sms tone from my sd card.. reboot... NO PROBLEM

Still the same sound files, the same folders (/ringtones/ and /notifications/) and same card as 2 weeks ago.... this is spooky.

The first time i tested was the first or second day i got the phone... ringtones changed to default after reboot. Now try again after 2 weeks, it seems fine. Hmm... maybe need some time for this feature to work correctly haha ?

Anyway, will see if the custom mp3 ringtones stay the same after a few more days and reboots

i'm not sure my set rooted or not but got super user icon there..(got it from my customer). i've installed titanium backup but got error wo(force closed) how ya?

download from market or via google ? have busybox ?

Try install busybox from the market and run the Titanium Backup again. If still FC, you might need to reinstall Titanium Backup after installing the busybox.
