    - Turn your phone off and charge it for one hour
    - Unplug the charger
    - Turn on the phone and wait 2 minutes
    - Turn your phone off and charge it for one hour
    - Unplug, turn it on and use as normal.  Your battery life should now be a lot better

I tried this yesterday. Finished all the steps at around 4:30pm. Was on wifi for few hours (2-3) on YM, took some shots without flash, 1 short call. Before I went to bed, it's only 1/4  or slightly more bar gone, definitely not more than half. This morning woke up, its showing RED! Now left 12%    Before I did this, at least twice I drained the battery flat before I charge it full again. What did I do wrong?

No no.. What i, referring is really the in car usb connector.. Not the car charger.. Previously i connect to my desire hd worked perfectly and it can load the memory and play music.. However. It cant anymore... Sien sien sien...

Tried anyway already... It takes forever to load... Thats y I m so disappointed...

and thats with data enabled (2g/3g/wifi) ?? or plain normal standby

Arc is good phone but is it SE price it at 2099 to please and allow maxis to sell faster? Maxis has lots of outlets and marketing, maybe that's why.

I've used the Arc for a few days (I think now is on the 3rd charge)

Battery drain at minimal use (mostly idling with screen off) is about 1% per hour.

Background data: OFF
Auto sync: OFF
Network: 2G
Mobile data: Connected

No battery conditioning/cycling or other methods.. just normal charging after the battery warning appears.

Just some info for those who are interested.

HI Guys anybody tested to run a 1080 Full hdmi video in the phone will it lag ?

but now that you mentioned it, i think i might have applied my spare protector on top of the one that was already applied. LOL 

Happened to me too... generally still responsive. But sometimes when I swipe around the home screens or the contact list.. it will accidentally open an app or open a contact.

I have removed the second layer and leave only the pre-applied layer... no more accidental taps now:)

lucky i notice it's pre-installed screen protector. at first i was thinking to look for screen protector.

I think SE calls it "Shatter proof sheet on scratch-resistant mineral glass". Is it a screen protector or not?

There has been a discussion about this for the X10 model (in XDA). For X10, lots of them don't put another layer and some even remove the pre-applied layer.

For me, with just the pre-applied layer seems better than 2 layers  (as I accidentally applied the spare one... then removed it a couple of days later)
