-Your influences should have anything to do radio friendly song stuffs, Green Day, Blink 182, Sum 41, Offspring, Radiohead, The Cure, Placebo, Oasis and stuffs

-Location Ampang/Cheras/Petaling Jaya or at least any parts of Klang Valley area

-Try to at least posses your own transportation & Try to have a decent attitude!!

Hi everyone,

I m looking to form my own band. I m the singer and guitarist. I ll be looking for a drummer and bassist. I m already working on my own material. Will be looking to play cover songs and original songs in gigs, shows and release our own album.

location: West Malaysia. I m from Taiping. So anywhere to as near my place to KL will be ok.

My band The MASH is currently looking for a drummer to play with us. (Got 2 shows already for July)

We're based in Setiawangsa, Subang Jaya & Shah Alam.

We jamm at Village Roof Studios, Damansara, Drum Asia Studios, Sri Hartamas or HWC Studios, Shah Alam .

Prefer those who don't have any commitments with other bands and is able to commit to weekly jamm sessions.

Pop punk, Pop rock, Alternative rock and any hard hitting influenced drummers are welcomed

Having own equipment & transport is a plus though.

We're currently in the midst of using backing tracks/sequences so anyone who has experience with click tracks will be given priority.

coz the whole band is kinda cheras group of misfits, we play shit like Ed sheeran, Micheal bubble, basically pop stuff to get girls and shit

its mainly for fun really so dont be intimidated

3. Influences/preferences - alternative (think Chris Cornell - although my range is not as good as his, Eddie Vedder, Myles Kennedy, Rain Maida, used to play Chevelle, 12 Stones, Muse, Audioslave, Taproot, Lostprophets, Incubus, SOAD, Good Charlotte in my previous bands).

4. My requirements - looking for bunch of folks who just wanna hang and play music see where it goes. Maybe write our own stuff. Cool attitude and friendly. Any age is welcome, I'm 30. The music choice is important though because it's an area I never got to explore before. So alternative rock, I'm into folk stuff as well now. Always wanted to sing Creed but my bands were never into it if you play Alter Bridge stuff that'd be awesome!

5. Location - don't mind traveling around to KL, KJ, Bangsar, Ampang and Kajang. Shah Alam and Klang might be a little too far but if we really match in musical taste and have your own place, I'll try to put in the effort. Just PM me and see what we can work out

6. Add info - I'm a very chill dude just been out of music for awhile. I performed at wedding last year and I really miss the music. Hello everyone. I am looking for a committed drummer to be a part of my band. We are currently in the mist of recording our third song and planning to release an EP by the end of the year.

Song Influences: Green Day, Blink 182, Ellegarden, The Wonder Years and the likes. Yes, Punk Rock.
Location: Puchong/Subang/Petaling Jaya. We usually jam in Icon Studio Puchong once a week.
