Guys, I'm trying out an exhaust spray, bought from Ace hardware one. You guys have any recommendation for exhaust spray? Pls don't tell me those RM15 Anchor spray works lah.
- In fact, I'm looking for PJ1 exhaust spray. If any of you see it, let me know pls pls pls...

usually the rear will bounce on uneven road, is normal. if suspension good, no problem. if suspension bad, u won't be able to maintain ur driving line...

@spayz: need to clean chain and adjust tension liao...

We should understand and respect Shyan's decision. Even though I also don't understand his persistence on this matter. It's just a screw...

If your electric starter works, then your battery is ok.
There are many possibilities, and I honestly dunno what.

• I haven't ride your bike before, so dunno if its lean or rich. I'm guessing lean becoz u have hard time doing cold start, but after warm up ok ady.
• What you mean by petrol smell? You smell the exhaust of after off engine you smell it? Is it when cold or warm engine?
• What you mean by petrol on the manifold? You remove manifold and smell inside?
• Btw, you know what is manifold right?

If your bike cannot start, but after u off the switch, on it back, and mysteriously can start again - I'm guessing switch problem. Then again, the starter relay works, so I cannot confirm.

If duringg cold start, the idle cannot maintain on its own, try the choke lever. If that also don't work, and need to kacau throttle to maintain RPM, and some more after warm up, the bike idles just fine - need to adjust pilot screw and idle.

If the above check liao no problem, and still cold start still not steady. Probably carb need to service - maybe masuk air.

@Aaron: if the carbon is dry and not oily, is ok. If it's too much or build up too quickly, then your engine probably a bit rich. Lastly, check the spark plug to tell... what you smell, is the remaining of the additives they add into petrol. Real petrol no smell after burning one. By smelling that in exhaust is ok, just not the hangus hangus smell from burning EO can liao. If dunno what a burning EO smell like, take some and throw into BBQ pit to learn it.

@bizzy: cloth is worse than stock air filter...

I removed my aluminium can air filter pod, now use plastic cone, with a sponge attached to it. If use aftermarket pipe, need to rich up a bit.
