Finally got it working. Apparently Zuk Z1 is a special case, it needs to add "-i 0x2b4c" after fastboot command to use it and my device returned:

(bootloader)    Display panel:
OKAY [  0.009s]
finished. total time: 0.010s

Means my bootloader is unlocked? What does the device tempered:false means?

Stock recovery unable to flash the rom. It always validate signature and fail. Need to flash TWRP recovery so that can bypass that validation.

How come mine showed like long combination of small anf caps letter. Just like when you break Excel password. Previously it was original but with Android 5 ... cannot reveal the original anymore

actually i wanted to read it through browser ( tap the link, pop out occur, read it )
in fact, after tapping the link, it pop out to adobe acrobat, load for a while, then that thing show up. I couldn't download the pdf also.
btw, i had solid explorer installed too.. anyway.. gonna try it with ES file explorer see if it helps
