how to define valued customer ? is it by having debts with them thus we pay interest? so far for 10 yrs i hardly pay any interest and just use their cards, will tht consider as no value since i dont give them the extra income?

i think everyone sure will ask for waiver and at the end of the day its the bank that will judge how valuable u are to them to give waiver.

applied for fun the SCB business plat, been calling my house for few days but i always not in and the end the reject application thru SMS, i heard frm my wife its frm S.Chart ,so i called n ask why cant they call my mobile ,she said need to call land line for verification, but when i told them when they call during office hrs ofcourse i'm not home and why not try to call my office.

the other day at Kfc in JB, the outlet says no discount of 10% and held up the que until i told them to go check properly and was told to eat my food . after tht they told me its only 5%. ok just accepted it but later went back and find out its only for weekend now to get the discount

i think need to highlight also its good tht mbb2 amex gives all the rebates mentioned but not all merchants wan to accept Amex.

Damn ..i just applied the Standard Business Plat, what a time for them to reduce the rebates and not competing with other banks.

had tht plan to get the cash to offset my other new cards
just cancelled citibank affter 11 yrs with them but offer me half govt tax only but need spend 1.5k, i say no need, as its not competitive anymore and not sincere in giving the rebates with shell cards and also the cash waiver as new applicants can get 50

well if u apply thru online, there's asterisk marks as a must to fill up, no choice
