Bukit Jalil? no no for me...not only it doesn't make investment sense, it doesn't worth the money..using the same money, u want to buy something better..that s what cbj can offer us with cheaper price money.

IMO, its Depends on investment portfolio and preference.

Bkt Jalil is not cheap but I also believe Cyberjaya is not cheap either. If compare landed to landed, price almost the same and CJ could be higher but I see demand for Bkt Jalil landed was very very strong and firmed.

I believe more ppl or investors in whole KV would prefer Bkt Jalil over Cyberjaya. At least, from my group or the ppl I known.
