And there is still no news that the parking lot is open for sales for The Rainz yet.

i heard from sales agent the 3A untis now offer with 3 carparks, the master bedroom window is facing the wall, so no view from master bedroom for 3A units.

Agree, i think the current 3A units offer 3 carparks with 840k on 15xx sqf unit, very attractive, plan to book a unit..

yes, and the size is 15xx sqf with 4 bedrooms, almost like a medium landed size....less than 900k can get a condo with size like medium landed, 3 car parks, walking distance to LRT..very good buy...

it's kind like turn off spent near million to buy a property and the main access road is just single narrow lane..
