Since you have sync with your iTunes, your apps should be kept in your iTunes library.

If you want to save the hassle for tweaking to enable Multi gesture, use Sn0wBreeze 2.6 to jailbreak your 4.3.2. It comes with preinstall Multi Gesture with preference settings as well(credits to ykl coz he reveal the info).

hi, just to share that i jailbreak with snowbreeze2.6 and it come with the on/off preference also.

Izzit? Oh...sorry for the wrong info then coz I am yet to update mine with snow breeze, just a forumer told me they can't locate the Multi gesture preference setting after JB with sn0wbreeze.

Not sure bout Aptbackup coz never use before, usually I redownload all my Cydia's Apps whenever I update my FW and JB. Just thought a clean installation may have less problem since some Cydia Apps may not be working in newer FW, by restoring them may have cause some weird prob with the iPad then. I could be wrong but it's your choice.
I heard the battery life are much better than the 4.3.1 but not as good as 4.2.1, anyway will gonna update mine and see how it goes.

I have check other info but can't find anything regarding about redsn0w that able to JB the ipad2 as the link you provided, in fact the redsnow 0.9.6 rc14 is actually for iPad 1 instead of iPad 2. Even some site stated there's a few hoax regarding the iPad 2 JB that will kill your iPad 2 if you follow their JB instruction, be careful.
