well, if purely as a media player + medium resolution (800x480 or 854x480) i think FroYo is fine... the main thing abt Honeycomb's UI change is to take full advantage of the increased screen estate in tablets...anyway for ppl who hold a media player they won't be so concerned with updates anyway... juz pretty it up with a nice UI is already good enuf...
