specs are leaked:

10.1 inch display
Unspecified dual-core 1.2GHz processor
1GB of “faster” RAM
Rear camera with 1080p video record, front camera
Eleven hours of battery life compared to the original model’s ten
9mm thick
Optional keyboard case and stylus pen
Built-in IR blaster for home automation
HDMI and micro USB port
First tablet to ship with Adobe Flash Player 11
SIM card slot (LTE is assumed)

i suspect it would be OMAP4430T, since TI is one of Motorola's favourite, and if it's the with Flash 11, that's pointing at a launch in October...

Hope that Asus is able justify the price increase lol, if not they're probably in deep shit with sales...

And that really heavily depends on how good Ice cream sandwich is gonna be also...
*
well, they seem pretty confident with it... despite HTC and RIM slashing the price of Flyer and PlayBook...

a price increase is sort of expected... new stuff for sure will be more expensive, and we re talking abt the latest hardware here... ICS is not part of the price equation since Android is free (except for HTC and Samsung who has got MS trolling them)...
