i ve pondered on the idea before, a quick search didn't yield any C++ compiler for Android...

not sure abt the other compilers, but i think a netbook is more suited for programming...

Hope that Asus is able justify the price increase lol, if not they're probably in deep shit with sales...

And that really heavily depends on how good Ice cream sandwich is gonna be also...

well, they seem pretty confident with it... despite HTC and RIM slashing the price of Flyer and PlayBook...

a price increase is sort of expected... new stuff for sure will be more expensive, and we re talking abt the latest hardware here... ICS is not part of the price equation since Android is free (except for HTC and Samsung who has got MS trolling them)...

If they can slim down the Transformer while packing in the Tegra 3's power and still keep battery life and give us a matte IPS screen, that price increase imho, is worth it.

Doesn't seem to be the case now is all I can infer. But to be honest, the huge different in the design will make docking those 2 different gen parts together look very awkward.

the stock browser is not Chrome... there's not even a Linux version of Chromium, how to ve Chrome for Android?
