i was meaning if there is 2 same focal range lens...but one is f2.8 (or higher), another one got VR....
you will rather choose which one?  hmm.gif

because wan to know VR can perform better or bigger aperture in same low light environment.
*
Example, 70300 VR versus 80200 f/2.8?

QUOTE(fabianz03 @ Apr 8 2011, 03:52 PM)
Hey guys, is it advisable to stack the CPL filter on top of the UV filter ?
*
Depends what lens you're using.

The lens you sold to me

18mm on DX should not cause vignetting. If got vignetting then remove the UV ba. But take note with 2 elements in front of your lens, image degrades more. ;-).

Added on April 8, 2011, 5:39 pmAnyway , wide angle must use slim filter right ? Im looking for 77mm filter , look like B+W is my choice , slimmer than Hoya right?

Teach me the way to earn money  laugh.gif
*
Actually I used the Hoya HD and B+W XS-Pro on my 1635 before... no differences in terms of vignetting.

Not surprising, D7000 is just another entry body unlike the D300/D300s/D700/D3/D3s/D3x.

QUOTE(Irbean @ Apr 9 2011, 02:16 AM)
would u guys share what bag u guys use currently and strap.. in my mind Fastpack 250 / 350 + lower pro strap / crumpler disgrace / optech... didnt make my mind yet..
*
I use Industry Disgrace for my strap (my favorite so far) and then its the Lowepro Fastpack 400 AW.

Here's what its holding at the moment, going out in a while.

Had to lug around the 70200 to try it outdoors, since under lowlight focusing not so accurate as I recalled :S.

If wideopen definitely 85 1.4g sharper

I can sense a debate coming up soon tongue.gif.

But then again, the other day when I sent my 70200 VRII and also when picking it up I tried the 135 f/2 DC. It didn't look as sharp as my 85G wide open on LCD that is haha

Not sure, the 85G goes for about RM4.6k. Rarely see the 135DC around in Melaka.

Check with a focus test chart. http://www.focustestchart.com/ is a good one.
