If you can get a good copy, da focus is much faster, dreamy bokeh..... Blitz regret selling his Sigmalux, can ask him
*
You sure? o_O He went from Sigma 50mm to the 85G afterall. I don't think there's any regrets LOL.

hey guys, long time didnt lurk around here...

I plan to let go my kitty and 35mm f/1.8 and im thinking to get a 17-55 f/2.8...

any comments on the lens? Planning to upgrade to fx in the future if d800 release...
*
If upgrading to FX, don't get the 1755. I wanted the 1755 like you back then, but I stick to 1635 f/4 knowing I can use it on FX.

QUOTE(Bliz @ Apr 7 2011, 06:44 PM)
1.2G sure cost a lot ( I think over 5k just like the Canon 50mm F/1.2L )  sweat.gif
*
I would pay for it! It's f/1.2! Faster than my 85mm. If it is cute small lens like the f/1.2 AiS its gonna be on my camera most of the time haha.

people here talk about good materials for camera body. but when it comes to price, want the lowest possible.

how to get ?
*
I totally agree with this. True enough many complain the plastic body of the entry levels but also complain the higher end with more robust body's price tag.
