Woohoo,now we can discuss on jb..so,anyone has tested the new 4.3.1 redsn0w jailbreak yet??is it stable or does it have some bugs here n there?? i'm currently jbroken on ios 4.1 using limera1n..so far,it is perfect for me,i even can view flash item now..planning to jb with the new 4.3.1

Yup..it's all good here..running pretty smooth and loaded v lot's of you know what ..

Me Me! It's stable, but some of the cydia apps just won't work.


PS: Can we discuss about cydia apps available via the cydia store? If it is allowed, then I will post the list of apps that works with 4.3.1

What do u mean some of cydia apps doesn't work??could u give me an example of those apps??

Some apps may not compatible with new ios until they release new version. For example bitesms, you need to check their change log to see if it support version iOS4.3.1

i have jailbreak my iphone 3gs, 4.1 if im not mistaken..using greenpoison, after i follow all instruction, the jailbreak it's a sukses, then when re boot, it stuck at apple logo..btw, im using windows laptop..it will stuck at the logo until the battery drained....after that, i try to jb it once again but it fails. help me jb gurus

currently with ios 4.2.1 jb-ed greenpois0n rc6.1, plan to move on with RedSn0w 0.9.6rc9 untethered jailbreak. one question, after re-jailbroken, will my apps (including contacts, saved game data) stay?

Yes, except your cydia app, unless you download pkgbackup.

1) 3.1.3 (jailbroken)
2) backup
3) upgrade iOS4.1
4) restore backup (to get back saved data, contact, sms)
5) jailbreak 4.1

for ios4.2.1 to ios4.3.1 basically u will restore ur phone as original and every cydia apps need to be install back when jailbreak.

Since, JB is allowed in iPhone section, how about iPad section? can we discuss there?
