According to Dev Team RC16 also fixed battery life, for me i think it improve a lot for my battery life span.

I see, but i thought rc15 fixed the battery life thing also.. hmmm.. How long can your battery last after u are on rc16? With heavy gaming and 3g usage?

If you try to reinstall, make sure you respring after installing. Then try again. Because im on the same version as u. My terminal is working

You need to find the right repo for the Mobile terminal. I think the repo is called ijailbreak.com/repo but I can't be sure so lemme get back to you.

can i use redsnow rc16 to jb to other ver of ios, for example 4.2.1. 4.3.1 or 4.3.2

or is it each redsnow release is only meant for the specific ios ver, example, rc15-16 is for 4.3.3, rc 12 13 n 14 for 4.3.2... and so on..

Ok, so i have already jailbreak my phone running iOS 4.3.3 on my 3gs. And basically when u have problem with your carrier (no network) issue. I tried ultrasn0w 1.2.3 to fix the issue, installation was went well. But still No network either Searching... or No Network... any guru's can help me out?

First of all, your 3Gs is officially unlock or not? If it's officially unlock i.e. from Maxis, Singtel or Australia's Telco, U don't need ultrasnow as this was meant for locked iPhones.

Please furnish the info so forumers can help with your problem.

Hey man.. Okay I tried running this application f0recast v.1.2, the app detected sum stuff as below

Jailbreakable : Only with SHSH blobs
Unlockable : No
Tethered : Depends on Jailbreak

redsn0w is firmware specific. Here's a link and a guide from BigBoss on all version of redsn0w. Hope it helps

What about the baseband thingy? I still don't understand till today

Guys, anyone using ShakeToUnlock this apps? I got it, its a great app but I got a problem with it. If i use the shake gesture too often in a short time (like 3-5times in a min time) the app will caused my SB to safe mode. Anyone face this?

@FaezFarhan - If your set is official / factory unlock set, then just forget about the baseband thingy. It's the concern for those that have locked set.

U still didn't answer my question on your phone unlock status i.e. official unlock from Maxis (since only Maxis have 3Gs), Singapore, Australia, NZ etc but US AT&T iPhones are locked. But from what I see:

1. Your iOS is 4.3.3 and you should use Redsn0w 0.9.6RC16 instead if your phone is officially unlock
2. If you phone is a locked set, then you are screwed since your baseband (modem firmware) is already 05.16.02. Ultrasn0w can only unlock up to 05.13.04
3. f0recast shows that unlockable status is NO so I assume yours is a locked set unless proven otherwise (I'm not familiar with f0recast)

So if your iPhone 3Gs is officially unlocked phone then I suggest you to restore back the phone with 4.3.3 then jailbreak with Redsn0w 0.9.6RC16 and you don't need Ultrasn0w.

If your iPhone 3Gs is a locked set then you end up with an iPod Touch instead because baseband (modem firmware) 05.16.02 is not unlockable as for now

So your first priority now is to check whether your phone is locked or unlocked set
