I just went to top up last night at their Mines Shopping Mall outlet. Rm3k can get free powerbank or huge umbrella. Rm6k can get hamper with backpack and savings box and stationeries. They are open till 9pm. Accept cash, cheque or debit card. Too bad they stopped accepting credit card this year.

QUOTE(55665566 @ Dec 22 2016, 10:02 AM) But I have external life insurance liao. I don't think I need this. Since you dont have children, even move to SSPN-i also no tax incentive. Unless you are happy with 4% interest per year, then ok la. Otherwise, withdraw and invest else where.Should I redraw or move my current fund to SSPN-i? Is that possible? |

QUOTE(T231H @ Feb 21 2017, 09:56 AM) True. Better dont spend precious time bank in & withdraw for 3k a year. Treat it as diversification lor. At least bila tua, got various sources of income or places to withdraw from, hehe. |

SSPN can be one of your many investment baskets. Not all baskets have to be performing double digit returns. Some here and some there. Some can be converted to cash quickly and some more difficult and takes time to convert (eg property, etc). And thats diversification I guess.

How to check if my Boost transaction actually appear in my SPPN account? I tried log in but they only show the Penyata for 2018. Any idea how to see detailed transaction before I continue Boosting away?

QUOTE(mephyll @ Nov 18 2019, 06:24 PM) Just my 2 cents Agree to the above. Even without Boost (2%), I still ok with 4% pa to park a little more than the 6k/8k per year since its quite liquid. Save some time hunting for FD deals here and there.Sspn interest 4% + boost 2% (level 4) + shake unknown % ( depends on luck) + boost mission ( depends ) The return is 6%+++++ Some may include tax relief % as well |
