Hi wish to check if anyone make withdrawal from SSPN Prime recently? Previous experience is getting the fund in next working day, but this Monday make a withdrawal, until now Wednesday not yet received any status update.

SSPN payment in Shopee no longer can apply bill payment gift card? There is no change in the T&C, but can no longer select to apply the voucher during checkout. Anyone else having the same issue? Last month, still can use without issue.

It seemed the gift card cannot apply to all bill payments, not only SSPN as I thought earlier. Something must be wrong with Shopee's system.

something new to me on above few post, where can i get the bill payment gift card? it is same with bill payment voucher available on payday or before 9.9? can screen shot the detail? available on IOS device?

Apparently, it is not some defects with the system. Shopee quietly exclude many bills from the list that can use the gift card. Almost all the useful bills (e.g. SSPN, Astro, Electricity, Water, Internet, Local Council etc.) can no longer use the gift card. This info is not updated when I purchased the gift card. Shopee is so unethical.

the only reason i didn't wanna use this loophole is because i know this will happen

too late then. some ppl bought a lot of gift card now cannot use for bills.

just realize gift card can use for sspn.
actually what loophole as mentioned yah?
checked shopee but the payment amount for giftcard is same...

Yeah, as soon as you get the Bank Islam transaction notification in your email, you should expect the fund to be in later on the same day.

I requested yesterday and already got the notification just now. I think it will be in later at night.

Mengisi dan melengkapkan Borang Pengeluaran/ Penutupan Akaun/ Tuntutan Geran Sepadan dan mengemukakannya kepada PTPTN melalui serahan tangan atau pos. Borang tersebut boleh didapati di kaunter PTPTN; atau

Pengeluaran melalui ATM di bank yang terpilih.

Deposit on 1/1 from Shopee reflected. But cannot withdraw..... The withdrawal page showing RM20 balance only instead of the actual figure.
