SSPN stated that withdrawal process takes 14 days.
So it is within 14 days from 31/3 to 10/4.
You will lost the GK rewards but you get back a month dividend for Apr since withdrawal on 10/4.
treat that as a small consolation.

Latest update from my end. I still can't log into e-Aduan so I went on a chat in the MyPTPTN website.

Spoke to the agent & brought up the unfairness of punishing investors who made withdrawal before the GK2023 announcement was made. She checked the system & said that we're still eligible because the data on their system shows the date when the withdrawal application was made, not the 10-APR data as shown in our statement.

I asked for black & white but she said there's none for this kind of scenario so in the end, it's just "trust me bro".

I also brought up the e-Aduan website being wonky; she tried to help me reset password but I told her I received no email for the past few days. She said she submit an internal ticket to have that checked.

I thought at the end of the chat, I'll be sent a transcript but apparently there's none & the chat history just vanished before I can copy them. Therefore, should you guys go on a chat in MyPTPTN, remember to capture printscreen before you end the session.

thanks, i saw the post also but that was before the withdrawal was officially shown on the statement. but now since it's clearly stated as 10/4 so it could change the status.

anyway i have also dropped a case at the e-aduan portal. let's see later what's the reply.
