how do you check if it has been applied to your product after purchase?
*

um..guys... if u were to get a FE lens... which would be better as per price?

the Zenitar M42 16mm fisheye or peleng?
*
16mm on APsc will not give yOu a really good fish eye I think. Get the peleng instead.

Btw, pelEng = opteka = samyang

Hi guys, ask a question here. Anyone here had done warranty for their Camera LCD Screen before?

I got a problem with my A580. I think it sort of some dead pixel on the screen. Noticeable when viewing image with dark background. Some magenta and cyan pixel on the screen. Not very obvious unless you look at them carefully.

Wonder if can claim warranty for this issue. If were to count the number of pixel, it's more than ten!
*
Just send it in and wait for their call..shouldn't be a problem... Sony is quite generous with repairs if its under warranty...

it seems that, at MFD, the depth of field is really shallow... I took that shot with f/13 if not mistaken...
Not enuf power from flash, using 1/4000s in dark situation...I think if shoot with ambient also need ISO 1600 , 1/30s =.=
*
any reason for 1/4000s?

Shifu sekalian, got something to ask you all.

Let's say shooting in sunny outdoor where the background is bright.
Model face will most probably underexpose, so normally what I do is AEL model face to expose it, but then the background detail will be gone. Is there anyway I could get the model face exposed as well as not losing the background?

I don't wanna use flash or reflector. Is there anyway? or any function like multi metering? i remember my A200 dun have such function =(
*
Do bracket shots or use your pop up flash and set it to ADI?

A very good and unbiased review of in lens stabilisation and in body stabilisation (with sigma lens)

These kind of test very hard tO be 100% accurate. Like he pointed out, his hands may be mOre steady. How are you going to control this factor? You can't use a tripod as it doesnt serve the purpose of the test Liao.

And for OS2, it is used for panning objects as stated in the sigma manual. So his test results can't be that reliable unless he tested it on a moving object.

Had dinner at Kl tower just now.

Really stretched My dinosaur to the limit. Was shooting at 1/5 seconds, f2.8 and iso 1600 to get the ambience lighting as well as Klcc as the background. @@

If only I had 35mm f1.8 then can use lower iso. =\
