Go ppeoc diy forum the dude is teaching to do key ring dimming, got 2 part, 1part is use capacitor to discharge dimming , 2part is use timmer to do dimming. It takes alot of presevarence in finding the keyholes while in the dark leh...I think u all lack of patience,just wanna put in the key into the hole..


One method being quoted earlier by a forumer is use ur finger holding the keyhead and let it play around/stroll around the HOLE area...when 100% sure dats the HOLE then only insert..BINGO..

Reminder : when i say 100% sure dats the HOLE then only insert means u are really 100% sure...if simply taruk will cause major disaster...maybe ALARM will sound..!!!

LOL.. Quite fancy but a bit lala also.. for 680.. Let me do more performance upgrades first.. Once got extra budget than can consider this kind of meter mods. XD

Btw just met Samwong just now after he install his POWERZONE extractor.. When for some drag in some kilang area.. Love those tires, tremendous amount of grip.. But after fix the extractor ady car doesnt feel like got 8whp increase.. Instead butt dyno after driving my car feels that my car has more power.. heehehe..
nearly no throttle lag too.. All thanks to Petronas E-01 engine in it..

SC said that the throttle lag is caused by my IAFM prob la.. Haiz.. Tomoro I'm goin to check on them regarding the IAFM stuff.. For now, gtg out to send my gf to airport.. Then I have freedom for 1 week...

Oic... No wonder the other day drive ur car so lag.. Haiz now i want to try to take out my ECU and store my mapping data.. So that next time if the car not powerful anymore can just retune it.. Was digging through Sam's car just now.. Its Continental..

juz reach home after dinner..ya,actuali i oso din feel the 8whp improve from my butt dyno..but i can confirm is when i drive the car and change the gear at 2.5k-3k rpm,the power wont loss so much than stock..juz tried to speed at straight road,from 120-170 is faster than stock and the gear still din change to 4th gear until i release my pedal to half..nw wait to another week to install hotbits mid and rear section,and c can improve a bit or not..for me,powerzone is more to high end after i feel it..hotbits more to pick up..my wife oso test drive my car,she oso mentioned my car was powerful than stock..she loves the sound from extractor

Added on April 4, 2011, 9:07 pmwhen drive zeng car,i will feel powerful since the gear will drag until 4-5k rpm juz change gear..so the power will maintain..zeng car ecu mapping exactly same as my car b4 upgrade ecu to latest version..i think i need go to proton to ask them to tune bec like tat if free.since proton ady called me go to sc to check and retune after i complaint tis issue..they oso agree wat i said since their oso comment new version ecu mapping was not powerful than old mapping..but i wonder why zeng car will get the mapping setting like old version lo..hehe..

Where the is ECU located?

ur 2.5k-3.5k dont have any drop in pickup or power performance. good lah.. Mine can feel the car a bit not eager to go after 2.8k-3.2k rpm..
My car tuned mapping mah.. hehe.. Reset ECU b4 then slowly adjust it to suit my driving style.. hehe.. latest firmware but old firmware power.. XD..
One of the day i want to buy an OBDII cable and try to use software and try to tune it and see.. Cos now still cant get OBDII to USB converter cable yet.. Only OBDII to serial converter.

Right below the centre console.. Crawl down to the leg well inside and u see a flat rectangle black color box with a lot of coloured wires coming out.. U can see the word Continental there.

Now the main thing is how do i take out the ECU? I cant seems to remove it and the compartment down there is very tight to move around.

just buy serial to usb converter... and again .. jalan pasar got or u can buy the cable online .... cost about rm50 ~70
hehehe went shopping there before.. "heaven" for electronic nerds ..hahaha
